I can’t say enough good things about Petal and Plants! BEST customer service, most BEAUTIFUL arrangement, freshest flowers! I tried to order the Zany Laney Sunflowers for my sister online because they have same day delivery. But it wouldn’t let me pick Same Day. So I called, spoke with a wonderful person who explained I just missed the 10:00 am Same Day delivery window by 10 minutes! But she asked me the location which wasn’t far away and what she could do to accommodate me. We worked it out and for me to place the order online. She would go in and edit the delivery date for me. And sure enough it was updated and my sister got the most amazing floral arrangement that smelled so good! I will definitely be using Petal and Plants in the future!

EXTREMELY HAPPY!!! My first time to use Petal and Plants ... I will most definitely use them in the future - Artistry and creativity HIGH HAPPY FIVE!!!!
