UPDATE: The owner called me after reading my original review, apologized profusely advising there had been a mix up during delivery with another arrangement, and offered to make it right by having the arrangement I originally ordered delivered to the recipient the next day. For me, this is the best kind of customer service and I'm grateful that the owners made this right in my eyes.******* I was pretty disappointed with this arrangement. I am not a professional florist, but I frequently put arrangements together and I could have made something that looked better myself. These flowers were for a funeral, so it was important to me that they were beautiful. Given what I paid, I was not happy.
