I did not receive my flowers. There was a hurricane in Houston yesterday so I understand why. I had not received any email about my order (which is paid for) and when I called the phone number for Petal and Plants it said they are not taking calls from my number at this time. But I texted them and they were super responsive.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
